I overheard this comment on TV last night, on an insert about a major golf tournament (i.e. who would win it?). Brilliant!!! It can be applied to just about anything, and definitely to writing a book. Apart from talent, the bottom line is all about perseverance and plain hard work.
Paula Marais, author of ‘The Punishment’, who can be found at www.paulamarais.com, suggests leaving a sentence unfinished at the end of each writing session, to help keep the mind ‘in the flow’. This is a great trick to try, especially in response to the question: ‘Anyone can write a book, but who will?’.
